The students acquire knowledge and skills related to the family life and work environment and their role in meeting health, safety, ecological, aesthetic and social needs.

The students know factors that influence the well-being of people in their living spaces and assume their responsibility for helping to shape the living environment.

Topics (e.g.):

• Cleaning living space and functional areas
• Care for and clean the most commonly used materials (Leather, metal, wood, porcelain, glass, metal, ...) while respecting the environment protection.
• Creation of decorations
• Creation of invitations, menus and place cards
• Planning of events and celebrations for different occasions

The students learn to organise, implement and manage domestic support services such as motivating and occupying persons at different life stages and in different life situations and providing assistance in the execution of daily activities.

The students know the connection between care and well-being of people and derive their responsible actions from this.

Students acquire knowledge about the constantly changing range of goods and services, obtain information and develop price and quality awareness. Taking into account qualitative, economic and ecological aspects, they make comparisons, weigh up and make well-founded decisions based on the market.

To provide students who are planning to babysit with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly give care for children and infants. Participants learn how to provide care to children in a variety of age groups, and how to prevent and respond to emergencies.
